Helping you apply Biblical principles at work.
BBT provides Biblical leadership development and curriculum to small-group Bible study leaders, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ and equipping them to pour into the lives of others—“Faith for Work — Leadership for Life!” You spend 70% of your waking hours at work … and sometimes more. Many people report feeling a “disconnect” between their spiritual lives and their “life at work”.
BBT curriculum is designed to help you learn how to apply Biblical principles at work.
Small groups develop group leaders and participants as effective and confident leaders both through God’s word and at work. Small groups who use BBT resources often refer to themselves as BBT’s. BBT’s meet at work, near work (e.g., restaurants, coffee shops, etc.), or at local churches on a weekly, biweekly, or virtual basis. See what one of our participants said: BBT is Helping Me Be a Positive Influence At Work … “I can really feel God working in my life as I attempt to live out the discussions we have every week. I am working in an environment that lacks leadership and seems unchurched. With this training, you have equipped me to have a positive influence within that environment. For the first time in my career I feel like I have the power to change things. Looking forward to next week.” – Participant
God’s word is clear: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23 NIV. Christ-centered leadership development can help leaders lean on the power of the Holy Spirit and help them take the lead in every area of life – at home, at work, and everything in-between. BBT will help you live a consistent, God-honoring life in today’s highly competitive and often stressful workplace.
