Leadership Change - November 2020
Biblical Business Training Announces Leadership Change
The Biblical Business Training (BBT) Board of Directors announced a change in the organization’s leadership. Effective November 6, the Board announced that it has engaged Gary Dollar, EMD Consulting Group Partner and former CEO of the United Way of Greater St. Louis, to serve as the interim Executive Director and CEO for BBT.
Dennis Muilenburg, BBT Board Chair, noted that in addition to serving as the Interim Executive Director and CEO, Gary will lead the Board in a strategic planning process, a fund development initiative, and direct the search for the organization’s next Executive Director and CEO. Muilenburg indicated, “the Board is excited to continue to move the BBT mission forward. If there were ever a time that workplaces need the positive message of hope that leads to Faith for Work and Leadership for Life, that time is now.” Dollar said, “I am humbled and honored to work with the BBT Board and staff team to move forward BBT’s mission of empowering leaders in small-group Bible studies to apply Biblical principles at work.”
Robert Millar, who served as the BBT Executive Director and CEO for more than three years, is pursuing a new opportunity outside of BBT. The Board and staff unanimously expressed its appreciation to Robert for his service and leadership.
BBT provides Biblical leadership development and curriculum to small-group Bible study leaders, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ and equipping them to pour into the lives of others. BBT is a nonprofit 501 (C)(3) organization which exists to help people develop their Christian “Faith for Work – Leadership for Life!”
