About Biblical Business Training
God planted the seed for Biblical Business Training during a workplace Bible study in 2008. He wants leaders to be equipped and empowered to apply Biblical principles at work. This vision led to the development of the BBT 1-2-3 format and a proprietary technology platform called Go!Connect that streamlines how groups deepen their relationship with Christ and expand God’s kingdom through their leadership in the workplace.
Statement of Faith
We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who came to save us from sin (John 3:16-17) and that the Holy Bible is the Word of God revealing Jesus Christ and God's plan of redemption (2 Timothy 3:15-17).
Why and Who?
People seeking personal growth in a group setting to bridge the gap of a “spiritual life” and “life at work." Groups consist of the following:
- Group Leaders focus not only on increasing personal spiritual growth but encouraging and developing other spiritual leaders.
- Participants focus on the steps of the Leadership Flywheel™ to increase personal spiritual growth and leadership.
What, Where, and When?
Small groups who meet at work, near work (e.g., restaurants, coffee shops, etc.), or at local churches on a weekly, or biweekly, basis.
How?
Group Leaders and Participants use an online/mobile platform that distributes the Bible study curriculum, meeting details, and private group communications.
