Sustaining Faith

11/12/2021 -

Leadership is hard, even in good times. Being at the helm of an organization through grief and transition is an even greater challenge. In Episode 10 of the Faith for Work podcast, we learn about Gary Dollar's journey to becoming President and CEO of United Way of Greater St. Louis, and how it began in a period of grief after the death of its previous and beloved leader. Despite initially feeling inadequate, Gary was able to lean into the belief that if God called him to the role of President and CEO, God would also equip him.
